摘要
目的研究Mage-A3抗原肽负载DC对小鼠乳腺癌的治疗作用。方法体外培养小鼠骨髓来源的DC,并经孵育携带Mage-A3抗原肽,在乳腺癌小鼠模型中进行试验性治疗。结果治疗组与对照组肿瘤体积差异显著(P<0.05),冻融上清负载组和Mage-A3抗原肽负载组没有显著性差异。结论负载Mage-A3抗原肽的DC可以诱导特异性的CTL免疫应答,对小鼠乳腺癌有良好的免疫治疗作用。
Objectve To investigate the experimental immunotherapy of the dendritic cells (DCs) loaded with the peptide derived from Mage-A3 on mice breast cancer model. Methods DCs were induced from mice bone marrow. The DCs pulsed by Mage-A3 peptide (DC-P) were used to on mice breast cancer model. Results There was significant difference between the therapy group and the empty control group, but there was no significant difference between the group of DC-P and the group of DC loaded with the TM40D lysates group. Conlusion The DC loaded with Mage-A3 peptide could elicit specific CTL responses in breast cancer. The immunotherapy based on DCs loaded with Mage-A3 peptide is a promising biology therapy.
