当今经济全球化、文化多元化、信息网络化给高校思想政治教育带来了机遇,更带来了严峻的挑战,对思想政治教育者的素质提出了新的、更高的要求。高校思想政治教育者为迎接挑战,必须努力提高自身各方面的素质,特别是职业性素质、专业性素质和发展性素质。

The global economy, the pluralistic culture and the interconnect information have brought not only opportunities but also much more severe challenge to the ideological and political educators in universities. It makes new and higher demands on them. Therefore, to face these challenges, educators have to improve their qualities, especially vocational quality, professional quality and developing quality.
