摘要
当前的经济模式已由传统的物质经济转向现代的知识经济,以至将来的人本经济。高校的关键人才是教学、科研中的精英,或者说是能够推动高校教学、科研改革与发展的人,能否留住这些关键人才关系到高校的生存和可持续发展,因此,高校要为关键人才提供留住他们的必备条件,制定、实施相应的人才管理策略。
The current economic conomy. The key intellects for model has transformed into the modern knowledge economy and the further intellect--based ethe university are the pillars of the teaching and research or those who can boost the reform and development of teaching and research in the university. Then whether these intellects can be retained is a matter of great significance for the prosperity and development of the university. Therefore, the school authority should provide the essential material condition, figure out and implement the according strategy of intellect management.
