当前的经济模式已由传统的物质经济转向现代的知识经济,以至将来的人本经济。高校的关键人才是教学、科研中的精英,或者说是能够推动高校教学、科研改革与发展的人,能否留住这些关键人才关系到高校的生存和可持续发展,因此,高校要为关键人才提供留住他们的必备条件,制定、实施相应的人才管理策略。
