高校创新教育改革的关键——大学教师素质问题 被引量:11

摘要 我国各界对创新教育改革的呼声很响,很多高校的改革投入巨大,效果却非常不尽人意。当前制约高校创新教育改革的关键因素是大学教师素质问题。大学教师素质缺陷主要表现在:职业道德素质堪忧,教育思想观念落后,教育理论水平偏低,缺乏创新激情和创新能力。高校提高教师队伍素质的途径有:把好人才引进关,加强中层干部队伍建设,创造宽松、自由的学术制度环境,建立创新的教学评价体系,改变传统的师资培训思路等。 A lot of colleges and universities have plunged vast sum of money into the education reform in the past few years in China under the call from all fields, but the result is unsatisfactory. The key to the reform is the quality of the faculty. The flaw of the faculty mainly demonstrates as followings: professional immortality, the lay--backed education concepts, low -- level educational theories, lack of the passion and capability of creativity. Thus I put forward suggestions to increase the teaching quality, such as to be strict in introducing new stuff, to improve the quality of the senior administrators, to create a free ew vironment for academy, to set up a new teaching evaluating system and to have a new concept on teacher education, etc.
