摘要
“年终考核”是高等学校每年度末必不可少的一项工作,是对每一个教职员工进行的一项绩效考核,其工作本身是非常必要的,但由于高校内部的人力资源管理理念比较淡漠,科学管理行为尚未成熟,所以,高校的“年终考核”大多事倍功半、效用不高,亟待进行完善。
Annual appraisal is an inevitable job in colleges and universities at the end of every year, is also a performance appraisal to the performance of every personnel. But because of ignoring attitudes towards personnei management in colleges and universities and of unmature behavior of scientific management, annual appraisal in colleges and universities is almost half done and at the same time lacks of efficiency, it needs further development.
