电脑微波治疗宫颈糜烂236例临床观察

Study of Computer Micronare Treccting 263 Cases Cerwix Erosion Sufferers

目的探讨电脑微波多功能治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效观察。方法我院采用M——III型电脑微波多功能治疗仪治疗236例宫颈糜烂患者。结果按宫颈糜烂面积分度,其中,宫颈糜烂I0者共70例,有效率达100%,宫颈糜烂II0者共118例,有效率为98.3%,宫颈糜烂III0者48例,有效者为79.2%。而按宫颈糜烂深浅类型分型,单纯型宫颈糜烂患者156例,有效者达100%,颗粒型宫颈糜烂者50例,有效者为92%,乳突型宫颈糜烂患者30例,有效者为73.3%。结论电脑微波多功能治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂操作安全、简便易掌握、经济、疗效显著。

Objective To Stady the clinical curatire effect of wsing computer microwave to treat, cervix erosion, method To use the apparatus, type M-Ⅲ computer microwave, which has excessire function, to treat 236 cases of who sufferde cerivx erosion. Result Dividing the cervix erosion into three degrdd of surfase area： the treatmint of I degree, which 70 sufferers in all, get the efficieney to 100% 11 degree ,which 118 sufferers in all, get the efficiency to 98.3% Ⅲ degree, whoch 48 eases in all,get 79.2%,Dividing the cervix erosion of depth, the treatment of pute type of 156 cases get the efficiency to 100%： the type of pellet gets 92%; the mastoid type get 73.3%, Conclusion Using computer microwane to treat cervix erosion has virtne of handling safely, hangy and apparent effect.
