小肠憩室并发症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Complications in Small Intestine Diverticulum

目的提高小肠憩室并发症的诊治水平。方法对1996-2005年间诊治的小肠憩室并发症进行回顾性分析。结果十二指肠憩室出血7例,治愈5例,好转2例。空肠憩室致肠梗阻2例,治愈1例,吻合口漏转院1例。美克尔憩室7例中,肠梗阻4例,炎症、出血、穿孔各1例,治愈5例,2例死于中毒性休克。结论对原因不明的复发性腹痛病患者,应作钡餐检查,必要时腹腔镜检是一种较好的方法。

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of small intestine diverticulum. Method Form 1996 to 2005, 16 cases with complications in small intestine diverticulum were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 7 cases with duodenal diverticulum bleeding, 5 cases were cured, 2 cases was improved. In 2 cases with jejunal diverticulum obstruction, 1 case was cured, 1 case had anastomotic leakage was transferred . In 7 cases with Meckel＇s diverticulum, obstruction in 4 cases, inflammation, bleeding, perforation in lcase respectively, 5 cases were cured, 2 caes died form toxic shock. Conclusion To the patients with obsure recurrent obdominalgia, barium meal examination should be done, abdominoscopy is a better method in necessary.
