摘要
提出了一种新的车刀磨损实时监测方法.归一化无量纲参数─—径切两向分力二次比P随车刀后刀面磨损VB的增加而增大,但不随刀具材料/工件材料、刀具几何角度及切削用量的改变而变化.利用P的这种特性可实现自动化加工中车刀磨损的实时监测.
new real-time monitoring method of tool rapid wear based on P is presented.P that is hotal force component to main force component ratio,intensively increases on the approach of rapid wear and doesn't vary with conditions including tool and workpiece materials, tool geometry and cutting paramenters.
