摘要
通过对湘西自治州退耕还林工程建设情况的调查分析,肯定了工程建设取得的成效与经验和工程建设所产生的生态、经济和社会效益,指出了当前工程建设中存在的主要问题,提出了进一步搞好退耕还林工作的思路。
Baaed on the investigation of the construction situation of.the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project in Southem Hunan Autonomous Prefecture, the achievements, effects and practices, and the ecological, economical and social benefits of the construction of the project were affirmed. The existing problems in the construction of project and the developing thoughts of the project also pointed in paper.
