摘要
OCM4X8C是具有串/并接口,且内部含有GB2312一级、二级简体中文字库的图形点阵液晶显示模块。本文介绍了OCM4X8C液晶模块的内部结构、功能、指令集以及其在矿用防爆软起动装置中的应用,给出了OCM4X8C液晶模块与ADμC841单片机的硬件接口电路和相应的C51应用程序。
OCM4x8c is a graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display module, which has series interface and parallel interface with GB2312 Abbreviate Chinese Character Library. This essay introduces the structure, function and instruction set of OCM4x8c liquid crystal display module and its application to mine explosionproof soft activation apparatus. Meanwhile, the essay gives the circuit of hardware interface between OCM4x8c liquid crystal display module and ADμC841 single chip and the relative C51 applying programme.
