摘要
分别研究了羧甲基壳聚糖、交联剂和甘油等对明胶膜的改性问题,对改性膜的断裂强度、断裂伸长率进行了测试,并通过扫描电镜对改性膜截面进行了观测.结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖、交联剂和甘油的加入能有效地改善明胶膜的机械性能,截面的电镜照片表明羧甲基壳聚糖和明胶具有很好的相容性.
The gelatin membrane is respectively modified by CM-chitosan, crossing-linker and glycerin. The break strength and breaking enlongation of the modified membrane are measured and tested, and the profile of modified membrane is observed by SEM. The results show that CM-chitosan, crossing-linker and glycerin can improve the mechanical properties of gelatin membranes. The profile SEM photographs indicate that there is good compatibility between gelatin and CM-chitosan.
