摘要
以增强纤维和热塑纤维组成的混纤纱作为制作热塑复合材料的预浸料,提供了一种低成本加工连续纤维增强的热塑复合材料的方法.综述混纤纱热塑复合材料复合过程的理论模型和实验研究的进展,对树脂沿纤维束垂直方向一维流动的理论模型作了归纳和分析,介绍了关于纤维束结构参数以及复合工艺参数对复合材料性能影响的实验研究成果,并指出在这一领域的理论和实验研究方面需要进一步解决的问题.
The pre-dipped material of thermoplastic composites is prepared by using conmingled yarns with reinforced fibers and thermoplastic fibers, and it offers a cost-effective manufacture method of thermoplastic composites reinforced with continuous fibers. The recent researches in theory modelling and experimentation regarding thermoplastic composites made from commingled yarns are reviewed thoroughly. The theory models of resin impregnating into fibers bundle along the direction perpendicular to the axis of fiber bundle are summaried and discussed. The experiments about the influence of various fiber bundles and processing parameters on composites behaviors are introduced. The exist weaknesses with theory and experimental researches in this field are pointed out.
