《伤寒论》中否定分析思维与辨证

Negative Analysis Thinking and Syndrome Differentiation in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

从逻辑学角度对《伤寒论》在疾病辨证论治中富含的否定分析思维从三方面举例剖析:从不能用某方某法治疗,推断辨治用意;从不出现某症,推断病证的归属;从对先期治疗的否定,推断当前治疗措施。由此可知,否定分析思维在辨证中无所不在,因为在疾病的诊断、治疗中,先行的推理结论,是后续推理的前提,再产生新的推理,再得出新的结论,形成否定之否定的循环,这样循环往复,使我们对疾病本质的认识不断得到提高。因此认为否定分析思维是一个实践过程,是辨证论治不可缺少的思维方法。

This paper logically discusses the negative analysis thinking in Treatise on Febrile Diseases in the Chinese medical syndrome differentiation in three aspects：syndrome differentiation on contraindications,on the absence of symptoms and treatment administration on failing previous results. Therefore,negative analysis thinking can be adopted in syndrome differentiation and treatment and become inevitable in medical practice.
