摘要
目的探讨治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉,减少其复发率的方法。方法对108例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行鼻内窥镜手术,术后即以中医中药内服、熏鼻治疗,2～3周,6个月后观察疗效。结果痊愈78例,好转21例,无效9例。总有效率为91.7%。结论鼻内窥镜手术结合术后中医中药是治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉,减少其复发的有效方法。
Objective To seek the treatment method for chronic nascsinusitis and rhinopolypus with low recurrence tare.Method One hundred and eight subjects were given intranasal endoscpie surgery,oral administration and nasal fumigation of herbs for 2-3 months;the clinical effects were observed 6 months later. Resuls Seventy-eight cases were cured,21 cases improved and 9 cases failed,with the total effective rate of 91.7%. Conclusion These modalities are quite effective for chronic nascsinusitis and rhinopolypus,with low recurrence.
