复方麻芩汤对哮喘患儿免疫功能的调节作用

Combination Ephedra and Scutellaria Decoction Regulates Immune Function of Child with Asthma

目的观察复方麻芩汤对哮喘患儿免疫功能的调节作用。方法采用流式细胞术检测全血中CD40L、CD828、CD430、CD4、CD8及ELISA法检测血清IgE、IL-4。结果哮喘组治疗后血清IgE、IL-4含量较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);哮喘组治疗后全血CD40L、CD430、CD828含量较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),CD8较治疗前升高。结论复方麻芩汤能缓解IgE介导的I型变态反应,抑制炎症反应,并能调节人体免疫功能、增强人体抗病能力、调整机体内环境的功能,从而达到控制、缓解哮喘的目的。

Objective To observe how to regulate immune function of child with asthma by Combination Ephedra and Scutellaria l）ecoetion. Method CD40,CD828,CD430,CD4 and CD8 in whole blood are examined by flow cytometry and levels of IgE and IL-4 in blood serum are measured by ELISA. Results The levels of lgE and IL- 4 in blood serum after therapy significantly decreased while levels of CD8 increased as compared with before therapy in asthmatic group. Conclusion Combination Ephedra and Seutellaria Decoction can alleviate the first category hypersusceptibility reaction introduced by IgE and restrain inflammatory response, regulate human body immune ftmction, strengthen organism to withstand diseases and adjust functions of organism interior environment, thereby it ean control and alleviate symptoms of asthma.
