柴胡平喘方治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘48例

Treatment of 48 Cases of Childhood Coughing Variant Asthma by "Chaihu Pingchuan Decoction"

目的观察柴胡平喘方对咳嗽变异性哮喘的止咳功效。方法将93例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成治疗组48例和对照组45例。分别运用柴胡平喘方和小青龙合剂治疗,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组总有效率为89.58%;对照组为37.78%(P<0.01)。结论柴胡平喘方对咳嗽变异性哮喘有确切止咳功效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Chaihu Pingchuan Decoction＂ in treating childhood coughing variant asthma. Method Ninety three subjeels were randomized into two groups：lreatment group in which 48 cases were treated by ＂Chaihu Pingchuan Decoction＂ and control group in which 45 cases were treated by ＂Xiaoqinglong Mixture＂. Result The total effeclive tale was 89.58% in treatment group and 37.78% in control group, P〈 0,01. Conclusion This Decoction has positive effect on coughing variant asthma.
