消痈汤合金箍散治疗早期乳痈50例

"Xiaoyong Decoction" and "Jingu Powder" for 50 Cases of Early Mammary Abscess

目的观察消痈汤合金箍散软膏治疗早期乳痈疗效。方法将早期乳痈80例随机分为治疗组50例及对照组30例。治疗组采用消痈汤内服,金箍散消肿软膏外敷治疗;对照组采用阿莫西林口服,消炎止痛膏外敷治疗。2个疗程(共6天)后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率94%,对照组67%(P<0.01),治疗组有效率98%,对照组90%(P<0.05)。体温消退时间、肿块消退时间、血常规恢复正常时间组间比较,均P<0.01。结论应用中医内外合治法治疗早期乳痈有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Xiaoyong Decoction＂ and ＂Jingu Powder＂ in the treatment of early mammary abscess.Method Eighty subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 50 eases were treated by oral ＂Xiaoyong Decoction＇and external application of ＂Jingu Powder＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated by oral amoxicillin and external anti-inflammatory plaster, for two courses with three days in a course. Results 47 cases were cured, 2 cases improved and 1 case failed in treatment group; 20 cases were cured, 7 cases improved and 3 cases failed in control group; There were significant differences in cure rate and symptom relief between two groups （P〈0.01）, no difference in effective rate （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion This method is quite effective for early mammary abscess.
