川芎嗪对脂多糖诱导的大鼠巨噬细胞凋亡的影响及其机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察川芎嗪对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的大鼠巨噬细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其机制。方法于六孔板上建立LPS诱导的大鼠巨噬细胞凋亡模型,同时设立空白对照组、LPS和川芎嗪单独作用组,并设两组川芎嗪治疗组。于指定时间加入各药品,中止时间为实验开始30小时之后。观察计数并进行统计学分析。结果LPS刺激能诱导细胞发生凋亡;川芎嗪单独作用对细胞凋亡无明显影响,但能明显抑制LPS诱导的细胞凋亡。结论川芎嗪对LPS诱导的大鼠巨噬细胞凋亡的抑制作用可能是抑制了LPS激活的核因子-κB的活性,从而抑制了细胞凋亡的启动。 Objective To observe the effect of Tertram ethylpyrazine (TMP) to apoptosis in macrophages of rat. Method Apoptosis model of macrophages of rat treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was established in tablet of six holes. There were five groups: control group, LPS group, TMP group, and two treatment groups of TMP. all medicines were given at appointed time and blocked up 30 hours after administration, then state of the cells was observed, counted, and all data were analyzed with t test method. Result LPS could induce cell apoptosis, TMP had no effect on cell apoptosis. TMP could obviously inhibit cell apoptosis induced by LPS in treatment groups. Conclusion TMP might inhibit the initiation of apoptosis by restraining NF-κB actived by LPS.
