摘要
通过与传统的齿条型刺辊比较,说明光滑的钢针刺辊穿刺性优、进行柔性梳理、寿命长等优点;介绍了成功开发的专利钢针式刺辊、预分梳板及其稳定改善生条短绒、棉结、杂质较为明显的实际应用效果。
Through the comparative analysis of the conventional wired taker-in against the pinned taker-in, conclusion is made that the smooth pinned taker-in is of excellent puncturing performance, flexible carding and long service life. Introduction is given to the patented pinned taker-in, the pre-carding plate as well as their application range regarding their constant improvement of the short fiber,neps and dirt.
