摘要
构建以企业为主体、产学研紧密结合的自主创新体系是十一五期间乃至长时期内我国经济社会发展必须解决的重大课题,具有理论和实践的双重意义。文章论述了构建以企业为主体、产学研紧密结合的技术创新体系的五大着力点。
Constructing a independent innovational system which involes enterprise, college and institute but basing on enterprise is an important problem. Our country＇seconomy and society＇s developing must be this problem in the eleventh-five plan or even long period. The independent innovational system has theory and pratice＇s significance.
