The Establishment of Evaluation Model of Independent Directors′ Working Achievement Based on the Method of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

本文提出了一种将层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判法结合起来的评判独立董事工作业绩的方法。该方法使用AHP确定评价体系中各指标的权重,使用模糊综合评判方法进行评定,再应用加权综合型算法对权重和模糊矩阵进行合成,从而得到最终评定结果。该方法为监督和促进独立董事职能的发挥提供有价值的参考。

The paper used the method of AHP and fuzzy evaluation to analyze the working achievement of independent director. In this method, the AHP is used to calculate the weight of the indexes, and the indexes is assessed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then get the final value of the independent directors＂ working achievement. The method will provide valuable reference for supervising and promoting the independent directors＂ function.
