摘要
学校人力资源主要是指学校系统内外具有教育、教学、科研和管理能力的教职工,是现代学校管理最根本、最核心的资源。科学地建设学习型组织是最大限度地开发人的潜能,使人力资本优化增值,有效开发学校核心活资源,实现学校人事简单管理向人力资源开发管理转变的有效途径。
School's human resources are the teaching staff in and out school system who have the abilities of teaching, researching and managing, and are the most important resources in modem school. Building learning organization scientifically is the best way to explore the man's potentials in an efficient way, optimize human resources, effectively explore the important resources of school, and finally change the simple personnel management of school into the management of exoloiting human resources.
