摘要
针对青少年生命意识的淡薄,学校教育中应增加生命教育内容,生命教育的内容分为三个层次:热爱生命;提高生存技能;提升生命质量。三者相互联系,不可偏废。要克服过分强调对生命意义和生命价值的追寻,而忽视生命教育体系最基本的生命意识、生命情感的教育,没有基础,一味拔高带来的严重后果是青少年对自我及他人生命不尊重、不珍惜的态度。
In view of Teenagers' poor life awareness, it is imperative to add life education to school curricula. Life education can be divided into three stages : cherishing life, improving the skill of survival, and bettering life quality. They are related to each other. We should overcome the wrong attitude of paying too much attention to pursuing meaning and value of life, to neglecting teaching of consciousness and emotion of life which are the foundation of life education. Absence of this foundation will result in teenagers' disrespect and devaluation of life no matter whose llfe it is.
