轴对称件超塑性气压胀形过程的等势场模拟 被引量:8

摘要 利用塑性变形过程中坯料的流动规律类似于静电场等势线分布这一特性,来反推胀形工艺的初始坯料,并将该方法应用于LY12铝合金板料的超塑性约束胀形工艺,进行了相关场变量及参数的分析计算,最后将计算结果与有限元法所得结果进行比较,分析表明,该方法可行、计算结果可靠、计算过程快捷。 The appropriate shape of the bulge-blank is obtained through the reverse educing method (REM), which utilizes the similarity between the blank flowing law and the distributing of isopotential line in the electrostatic field. The restrained superplasticity bulging process for LY12 alloy blank is studied by using this method, a variety of parameters and variables are calculated and analysed, it is indicated that this method is feasible and fast, its result is credible by compared to the FEM.
