摘要
采用矩形环上限元技术,建立了多通道挤压件各区域的动可容速度场,通过上限功率的计算,得出各挤压通道挤出尺寸及挤压力的上限解,计算结果与实测数据进行了比较。
Based on the upper-bound element method, the kinematically admissible velocity field of each extrusion area was setup for multi-channel extrusion workpieee, the height of each channel and the upper-bound force of extrusion were calculated by calculation of the upper-bound power and the ealculated results were verified with experiment data.
