HCV核心蛋白影响细胞凋亡可能机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C Virus,HCV)核心(core)蛋白能与细胞的多种蛋白结合,调节多种细胞基因的转录活性,影响宿主细胞凋亡和免疫系统的功能,还影响HCV感染细胞的增殖和分化等,在HCV感染的病理发生和慢性化以及宿主细胞的恶性转化等过程中起重要作用。文章主要综述了近年来关于HCV核心蛋白影响细胞凋亡可能机制的研究进展。
