流感疫苗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,接种流感疫苗是预防流感病毒传播的主要手段。本文主要针对流感的灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、以哺乳动物细胞为基质的流感疫苗、DNA疫苗和反向遗传学技术在研究开发流感疫苗上的应用进行综述。
