脉冲反吹捕粉装置在奶粉喷雾干燥生产过程中可实现连续清理滤袋上的挂粉在国内已成功应用,与传统的捕粉形式相比具有结构紧凑、功率消耗低、操作简便、不跑粉的优点,比单级间歇式布袋捕粉生产效率提高13．3％,以RGYP01-750型立式压力喷雾干燥塔生产淡奶粉为例阐述其设计及应用。

Pulse anti-blow catching powder equip which can continually clean powder left on the bag during the process of spray dry milk powder had been used in domestic, the equip had tight construction, low power consume, simple operation, no running powder and 13.3% higher efficiency than single class intermission hop-pocket catching powder. The paper discussed the design of the RGYP01-750 pressures spray dry tower and the application in thin milk powder.
