摘要 采用Franz扩散法进行离体兔皮渗透实验,考察茶多酚脂质体体外透皮渗透情况。结果表明茶多酚脂质体能有效地渗透过皮肤,经皮释放药物能在短时间内较快达到一定药量,随后缓慢持久地释放药物;药物的累积释放药量与药物的浓度、胆固醇的量等因素有关。 To investigate the penetration absorption of TP liposomes through rabbit skin. Method:Performing a test of permeation through the rabbit skin in vitro in a Franz diffusion cell. Results: The permeation rate of TP solution was higher than that of TP liposomes; The cumulative release amount of TP solution was highter than that of TP liposomes at any time except in the first 0.5h and 1h; TP concentration hardly affected on permeation rate when it is lower under the same lipoid ratio, and affected on permeation rate when it is higher,Cholesterol had some influences on permeation rate when it is increased to a certain amount with the same TP concentrations. Conclusion: TP liposomes can permeate through the rabbit skin rapidly up to a certain amount in a short time, and then begin to realease drug slowly and permanently. The cumulative permeation amount of drug is relative to drug concentration and content of cholesterol et al.
