摘要
本文研究了蜡乳液的制备及其影响因素,乳化剂的选择、用量、加入方式、乳化温度与时间、搅拌速度等.确定了制备蜡乳液的最佳工艺条件,并阐述了蜡乳液在皮革、纺织、汽车、人造板、造纸等工业中的应用.
This paper studied the synthesizing of emulsion wax and the factor of its influence （the choice of emulsifier, affiliation measures, affiliation method, emulsify the temperature and time, mix blend the speed etc.. ）. Find outed to synthesize the optimum craft term of the emulsion wax, and discussed emulsion wax is in the leather,spin and weave, car, artificial plank, deckle.., etc, application in the industry.
