摘要 研究了UHMWPE微孔膜接枝HEMA和MAA后的水蒸气吸附特性、蛋白质吸附性能及其膜的过滤性能随着接枝率的变化.结果表明,膜的接枝率增大时,其BSA蛋白质吸附量降低;在一定范围内时,膜的去离子水和蛋白质溶液通量随接枝率的增大而提高,但接枝率过大时,其通量有所下降;其BSA溶液通量恢复率研究表明,改性膜比未改性膜显示较大的通量恢复,清洗后其通量恢复率可达80%以上,改性膜具有较高的抗蛋白质污染能力. The wetting characteristic of the modified porous UHMWPE microfiltration membrane was investigated by the moisture adsorption of the membrane with grafted degree. Also, the amount of BSA adsorbed on the modified membranes was smaller than that of the unmodified membrane and decreased with the grafted degree. The modified membrane showed enhanced wetting property and better anti- fouling capability than that of the unmodified membrane. The filtration performances of the membranes as a function of the grafted degree indicated that the modified membranes showed a maximum deionized water flux in 18.0% grafted degree and a maximum BSA solution flux in 25.0%. Moreover, the flux recovery of the modified membrane after cleaning was superior to that of the unmodified membrane.
