高科技产业是知识经济时代的主导支柱产业,而如何激励知识型员工,充分利用和发挥知识型员工的创造性又是高科技企业的成败关键。文章从高科技企业知识型员工激励的现状及其存在的根源着手,对如何有效激励高科技企业知识型员工进行了研究。
In the intellectual economy times, high-teeh enterprise is the leading and supporting industry. How to encourage the intellectual model of staffs, make the best use of their creativity and bring them into play is the key of the success of high-teeh enterprise. On the basis of actuality and reasons of intellectual model of staffs in high-tech enterprise, the article explains how to encourage intellectual model of staffs effectively.
