股权式应用型科研机构模式探索

文章通过对我国科技组织管理及科技机构组织形式中存在的问题的进行分析,从管理学的角度提出了发展股权式应用型科研机构的建议和应用型科研机构的管理模式。发展股权式应用型科研机构不但可以解决科研机构组织效率问题,而且对解决我国科技政策和科技组织管理中存在的问题也有较大的促进作用。

This article gave a deeply analysis to the present situation in our country, then found some essential problems. We proposed to develop stock structure of scientific research and development organization in order to solve the problem of efficiency and suggest an administrant model in the sight of management. The development of stock structure of scientific R＆D organization can not only solve the problem of efficiency but also the essential problem of the policies and management in our nation.
