In the socialist system in China, the principle-agent relationship, of state-owned stock enterprises means people-governmentholding company-stock company. This relationship covers both general and special aspects. On the one hand, the general is in line with the emphasis on principle-agent theory in western economics; on the other hand, the specialty lies in digging out the key issue from the actual situation and finding out its solution.
