摘要
文章对智力资本从1997-2005年的文献做了综述,分别从智力资本的内涵、构成、评估、计量以及智力资本的运营过程的管理、智力资本的评价管理、智力资本对企业价值的贡献三个主流研究做了探讨,并指出后续的研究问题和方向。
This article summarizes the literature from 1997 to 2005. It probe into the three popular researchs from the intellectual capital （IC）＇s connotation, structure, evaluation, measure and also from the management for the IC＇s exertion, appraisal and contribution to the company value. This paper also points to the subsequent research and direction.
