铁-镍交联改性膨润土的制备及应用 被引量:2

摘要 以钠基膨润土为原料,制备了铁-镍无机交联、铁-镍有机交联系列改性膨润土,比较了二者对废水的COD、色度、浊度和废水中C r6+的去除效果;考察了改性膨润土加入量、pH、搅拌时间等因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明,铁-镍有机交联改性膨润土对C r6+的去除效果明显好于铁-镍无机交联改性膨润土,对COD的去除效果略好于铁-镍无机交联改性膨润土;铁-镍无机交联改性膨润土对废水浊度的去除效果略好于铁-镍有机交联改性膨润土;二者对色度的去除效果相当。吸附行为符合Langm u ir方程。 Two series of modified bentonites were prepared by Fe-Ni inorganic and organic crosslinking using western bentonite as material, and their effects on removal of COD, chroma, turbidity and Cr^6+ from wastewater were compared. Some factors such as modified bentonite dosage, pH and stirring time were examined. The results indicate that compared with Fe-Ni inorganic crosslinking modified bentonite, the Fe-Ni organic crosslinking modified bentonite has a quite better effect on Cr^6+ removal, a little better effect on COD removal, but a worse effect on turbidity removal. The effects on chroma removal of both bentonites are comparable. Their adsorption behavior is in accord with Langmuir equation.
