摘要
20kg铝锭连续铸造机组在生产中出现脱模不稳定的问题。对影响脱模的因素进行多方面的分析;在原有基础上提出多项改进措施,提出和设计了一种新型脱模机构,提高了脱模的可靠性,对铸造机铸模传动系统冲击有所降低。
Aimed at the problem of the instability of de - molding in 20kg aluminium ingot machines the factors that affect the ratio of de - molding are analyzed in detail. Several improving methods are put forward and especially new machine of de - molding is designed to improved the ratio of de - molding and reduced the concussion on the driving system.
