正丁醇在无机硅源合成介孔分子筛过程的作用

The Effect of n - Butyl Alcohol in Mesoporous Zeolite Synthesis by Using Inorganic Silica

摘要 研究了在传统的水体系下,将少量正丁醇引入介孔分子筛合成体体系做助剂对介孔分子筛合成及其物化性能带来的影响。研究发现,少量正丁醇的存在能改善介孔分子筛形成过程的有序度, 并使其水热稳定性得到提高,同时合成产物的粒度更小,趋近纳米颗粒。 This paper made a research on effects of n - butyl alcohol as auxiliary in traditional mesoporous zeolite synthesis system. It is discovered that existence of small amount of n - butyl alcohol in mesoporous zeolite synthesis system can not only modify ordered degree of formation of mesoporous zeolite, which improves hydro thermal stability of it, but also help to attain much smaller, nearly nanometer, grain of mesoporous zeolite.
