摘要 比较了CT8-5选择性脱硫溶剂与MDEA溶剂在提高硫磺回收尾气净化效果上具有的主要特点,以及中国石化齐鲁分公司炼油厂第一硫磺回收尾气处理装置的应用情况和在使用过程中的保护经验。经过八年的工业应用表明,CT8-5选择性脱硫溶剂使用效果较好,具有胺液使用周期长、选择性好、抗降解、抗发泡能力强、设备腐蚀减缓、胺耗低、装置能耗低、尾气排放总硫低等特性。 The main features, application and the protecting experience in service of CT8 - 5 selectivity desulfurizing solvent comparison with MDEA solvent in Shengli Refinery of Sinopec Qilu Company were introduced in this paper. Application results showed that CT8 - 5 selectivity desulfurizing solvent has such advantages as good validated effect, long service life, good selectivity , anti - degradation and anti - foaming, equipment corrosion palliation, low amine loss, low energy loss, and low total sulfur content in exhaust emissions.
