反相乳液聚合法制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺及其絮凝性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 对反相乳液聚合法制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的合成工艺进行了研究,主要考察了乳化剂和引发剂对反应的影响。研究发现,复配乳化剂的配比对单体的转化率有影响,当span85:Span40=0.15 :0.85(HLB≈6)时转化率可达到90%;引发体系采用过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系时,不同的配比对单体的转化率也有影响,当K2SO8:NaHSO3(质量比)为1:1时转化率可达到90%。对反相乳液聚合法制得的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的絮凝性能进行了研究,研究发现,当使用无机絮凝剂明矾与实验制得的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺复配时可以达到非常好的絮凝效果。 The effects of emulsifier and initiator on the inverse emulsion polymerization were studied by the synthesis of cationic PAM. The results showed that the mass ratio of composite emulsifier influenced the conversion rate, and when Span - 85/Span - 40 was 0. 15 : 0. 85, the conversion rate reached 90% . The results also showed that the mass ratio of oxidant and reductant of the oxidation - reduction initiating system influenced the conversion rate, and when K2S2O8/NaHSO3 was 1: 1 the conversion rate reached 90%. The flocculation perform ance of cationic PAM was also studied, and it was found that when the copolymer was used along with alum as flocculatant, higher efficiency of flocculation was achieved.
