某舰艇部队官兵门诊服务需要及利用调查分析

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE OUTPATIENT SERVICE IN A NAVY SHIP FORCE

目的了解海军某水面舰艇部队官兵医疗服务需要和利用的基本情况,为决策部门合理分配部队卫生资源提供决策依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样,在某水面舰艇部队共调查官兵1 350名,采用SPSS 10.0进行分析。结果水面舰艇部队官兵医疗服务需要量大,两周自报患病率47.7%、半年慢性病患病率15.6%、患病未就诊率42.1%。门诊服务主要集中在舰艇医务室,占61.5%,支队医院占12.0%、地方医院占14.7%。在愿意选择的医疗机构中,地方医院占到42.9%。骨骼、肌肉系统疾病(含外伤)、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病是水面舰艇部队的常见病和多发病。结论水面舰艇部队官兵医疗服务需要量大,但利用有待提高。建议开展有针对性的健康教育,使部队官兵增强自我保健意识。卫生管理机构应加大对基层重点保障部门的投入,更好地满足基层官兵的医疗服务需要。

Objective： To study the basic condition of health service need and utilization in a navy ship force, in order to give advice to the health management institutions for optimizing the allocation of health resources. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was conducted, and a total of 1 350 soldiers and offieers in a navy ship force were selected. Survey data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software package. Results There was great health service need for navy ship force. The two - week morbidity, six - month chronic illness morbidity, and the percentage of patients without physician contact within two weeks were 47.7%, 15.6%, and 42. 1% respectively. The clinic visit was mainly in ship sick bay, detachment hospital, and local hospital, and each accounted for 61.5 %, 12.01%, 14.7% respectively. The commonly encountered disease and frequently encountered disease of the navy ship force were diseases of skeletal and muscle system, digestive system, and respiratory system. Conclusion There was great health service need for navy ship force, while the utilization of which should be improved. More attention should be paid on the particular health education to raise the selfhealth care consciousness of soldiers and officers. The health management institutions should enforce investment on health resources for the basic unit to meet the primary requirement of military personnels.
