摘要
文章阐述并分析了安全管理中,安全与生产、安全与效益、暂时与长期以及必然与偶然四组关系,为搞好煤矿安全管理工作提供了一定的依据。
This paper defines the concept of systems engineering of modem collieries＇ safety management and offers theoretical basis for safety management by analyzing the relations of safety and production, safety and the benefit, temporary interests and long- term interests, inevitability and contingency .
