低温热处理氧化钨电致变色薄膜的制备与性质 被引量:5

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,在氧化铟锡(ITO)玻璃基质上制备氧化钨电致变色薄膜。前驱体钨酸钠经阳离子交换得到钨酸溶液,讨论了乙醇和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为添加剂和热处理温度对薄膜性能的影响。测试结果表明,经过75℃热处理的薄膜具有变色明显、响应时间短(数秒钟)、着色稳定等特点,并有较长的循环使用寿命(600次以上)。 WO3 electrochromic films were prepared on ITO glass substrates by the sol-gel method. The precursor sodium tungstate was converted into tungstenic acid by cation-exchange. Ethanol and PVA were used as additives to improve the performance of the film. The effects of additives and annealing temperature were discussed. The experimental results indicate that the film annealed at 75℃ show predominant electrochromic performance. The film has the advantages of distinct color change, short response time, excellent stability and long cycle life. It is in prospect of being used in electrochromic devices.
