摘要
将回收全氟磺酸离子交换膜制成全氟磺酸树脂溶液,分别利用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法得到全氟磺酸树脂/S iO2复合催化剂(NFH)系列和负载型全氟磺酸树脂催化剂(FZG),采用FTIR、TG、BET、SEM测试技术对其进行表征,并与SO24-/TiO2、H2SO4、PTSA和NAFION SAC-13等的催化性能作了比较。实验结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法得到的NFH催化性能优于浸渍法得到的FZG;当邻苯二甲酸酐和异辛醇(2乙-基-己醇)摩尔比为1∶3、NHF催化剂质量分数为4.4%、反应温度为170℃、反应时间为4 h时,邻苯二甲酸酐转化率达97.06%,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯收率为93.57%。
The used perfluorosulfonic acid ion-exchange membrane was treated in a solvent to recycle the perfluorosulfonic acid resin. The perfluorosulfonic acid resin/silica composite catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method and the impregnation method, respectively, and characterized by FTIR, TG, BET, and SEM. For comparison, catalysts such as an impregnated perfluorosulfonic acid resin/SiO2, Nation SAC-13, SO4^2-/ TiO2 solid acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid were also studied. The composite catalysts obtained were used in the esterification of phthalic anhydride with 2-ethyl hexanol. The results show that under the conditions of n ( phthalic anhydride) : n ( 2-ethyl hexanol) = 1 : 3, 4. 4% ( mass fraction) catalyst, 170 ℃ and 4 h, dioctyl phthalate could be obtained in a yield of 97.06%.
