图书馆的过程系统管理研究

Research on Library Process System Management

基于现代图书馆这一由人流、物流、信息流构成的复杂系统,引入过程系统管理的思想和方法来对图书馆的整个过程系统进行分析、研究,指出目前图书馆普遍存在诸如系统数据缺乏关联、对决策支持不力等问题,提出图书馆过程管理的框架结构,并探讨图书馆过程系统管理的研究对象、核心、内容以及时效问题。

The modem library is a complex process system, it contains the flows of human resources, logistics and information. This study attempts to introduce the thought and method of the process system management for analyzing the entire library process system. Some questions existing in present libraries are pointed out, such as the system data lacks of the connection and policy-making support, etc. Then a frame construction of the library process system management is proposed. At last, the research object, core content of the management in this process system are studied in the paper.
