摘要 分析实时化知识管理的理论来源,即基于时间的竞争战略理论,并对国外主流研究成果进行综述,包括“real-timeknowledge management”观、“just-in-time knowledge management”观、以用户为中心的知识管理模型、“high speed knowledgemanagement”观等。最后对实时化知识管理中的知识共享理念、实时化知识管理的价值和研究方向、实时化知识管理的定位进行阐述。 Facing with the more and more complicated and changing new concept for enterprises to solve the bottelneck problems of kno surroundings, real-time knowledge management is advanced as a wledge management, and make the enterprise more flexible and competitive, The paper first introduces the foundation of the real-time knowledge management and the overseas main stream of this study, Then it explains the ideas of the knowledge sharing, its values, research directions and the positioning of the real-time knowledge management.
