摘要
在全面考察国外信息素养研究发展轨迹的基础上,介绍信息素养研究三个发展阶段取得的主要成果。认为经过上世纪70年代和80年代的概念与内涵研究及90年代末信息素养标准及评价研究之后,近年来信息素养研究已与建立学习型社会和高等教育改革联系起来进行。
Based on the investigation of international development process of information literacy research, the author presents three main stages of information literacy research, then it introduces the main achievements of each stage. It is considered that the information literacy research has been recently connected with the learning society and educational reforms at universities after the concept was researched during the 1970s and 1980s, and their standards and evaluations were researched in the 1990s.
