Research on Government Information Resource Planning

通过分析政府信息资源规划和政府发展战略规划、政府信息化规划之间的关系,认为政府信息资源规划实际上是对政府信息资源的采集、处理、存储、传输、使用、转换和评价的全面规划,并在详细分析政府信息资源规划具体内容的基础上,指出政府信息资源规划的重点是政府信息资源库的规划和政府信息资源网的规划。

Through the analysis of the relationship of government information resource planning, government development strategies planning, and government informatization planning, it is thunght that the government information resource planning deals with the information collection, processing, storage, delivery, use, conversion and evaluation. On this basis, the paper regards the government information resource database and government information resource network as keystones of government information resource planning.
