摘要
分析《中国图书馆分类法》第四版在人力资源学科文献归类上存在的问题,以人力资源研究的学科范畴、学科体系作为列类的理论基础,讨论人力资源管理、人力资源开发的具体类目内容及类目设置,并以国家图书馆馆藏人力资源学科文献为基础,按其建议设置的类目进行分类统计,进而对类目内容及设置的实用性予以检验。
This article first analyzes the problem in classifying the human resources documents in 4th edition of Chinese Library Classification. Then it discusses the concrete content of human resources and its classification and arrangement in detail based on subject scopes and the system demarcation of human resources. At last, by using the human resources documents collected in the National Library of China, the paper has made a test on the practicalities of the new class content and arrangement of human resources.
