通过对丁二烯抽提装置精制系统运行状况的分析,认为系统含氧量、物料流速、原料杂质、阻聚剂阻聚效果等是影响丁二烯抽提装置精制系统运行周期的主要因素。针对这些因素,进行工艺改进及使用新型助剂,装置运行状况明显改善,运行周期延长。

By the analysis of the operating situation of the treating system of butadiene extraction plant,it is regarded that oxygen content,feedstock,flowrate,feedstock impurities and effect of polymerization inhibitor,etc.are the main factors influencing the ope-rating period of the treating system of butadiene extraction plant.Aimed at these factors,the process was improved ard new assistants used so that the operation of the plant should be obviously improved and operating period be prolonged.
